Sale conditions of wood are specified by the regulation of Director – General of the Sate Forests.
Within the framework of the individual sale , the foresters try to meet the fast growing demand, because more and more people use wood in order to heat their houses. Contrary to general opinion, these are not only village people, even though they prevail among recipients. The growth of firewood demand is the result of occurrence of new housing estates built in the suburbs of large agglomerations, where houses are usually equipped in fireplace heating installations.
Firewood is not only the most ecological heat source, but also is much more attractive in respect of relation of price and electric efficiency, rather than cola, oil, gas or electric power.
In recent years, the Sate Forests increased the sale of firewood of one third – up to over 4 million cubic meters annually. Some of customers choose already prepared and cut into pieces wood, the others very willingly obtain it by themselves after arranging all details and fulfilling particular safety conditions, and after paying the fee; that concerns mainly so called "thinnings". Such a raw material is very cheap, that is why many people from village areas profit from such possibility.

Nadleśnictwo Warcino ogłasza przetarg ofertowy na sprzedaż tusz zwierzyny łownej
pozyskanej w Ośrodku Hodowli Zwierzyny Nadleśnictwa Warcino.
1. Przedmiotem przetargu są tusze jelenia o łącznej wadze 7000 kg, sarny o łącznej wadze 150 kg oraz dzika o łącznej wadze 3000 kg pozyskane w Ośrodku Hodowli Zwierzyny Nadleśnictwa Warcino w okresie od 15.07.2025 r. do 31.03.2026 r.
2. Masa tusz stanowi wielkość szacowaną i może różnić się z wykonaniem +/- 40%
3. W przetargu mogą wziąć udział podmioty prowadzące działalność gospodarczą lub profesjonalnie trudniące się działalnością związaną z obrotem, przetwórstwem lub sprzedażą tusz zwierząt łownych.
4. Odbiór tusz będzie odbywał się z chłodni będącej własnością Nadleśnictwa Warcino w miejscowości Kawka 4, 77-230 Kępice.
5. Kryterium oceny oferty będzie cena netto za 1 kg tuszy I klasy jakości.
6. Termin składania oferty upływa z dniem 10.07.2025r. o godz. 10.00.
7. Oferty na załączonym formularzu można składać w formie elektronicznej na adres: warcino@szczecinek.lasy.gov.pl lub w formie tradycyjnej na adres: Nadleśnictwo Warcino z siedzibą w Kępicach, ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 11A, 77-230 Kępice.
8. Nadleśnictwo Warcino zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia przetargu lub odstąpienia od przetargu bez podania przyczyny na każdym etapie postępowania.
